Backpack Search I agree that any program participant’s belongings may be searched outside the participant’s presence for drugs, alcohol, weapons, or other forbidden objects. |
Lost or Stolen Items Children are asked to leave any valuables at home. The Academy and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items. |
Misconduct Any misbehavior/misconduct by the student/parent/guardian will lead to immediate dismissal of the child from the program. |
Photographs I give my permission for my child’s photograph or video to be taken for use by Creta Academy in program brochures, annual report, website, social media sites and other promotional materials and for release to local newspapers. |

As part of your child’s development, we have an Alumni Program - Council for Exceptional Children. The membership entitles to you discounts with our vendors, as well as an exclusive invite to our events, newsletter e.g. More information will be provided once the program is over. |

We acknowledge that this application does not automatically admit our child to the program. The Academy reserves the right to make the final decision with respect to admission. |
We acknowledge that, should this application be accepted, we, the parents and guardians, and our child, undertake to abide by the policies and regulations of the Academy, and we understand that in serious instances of breach like, damage to premise property, or bodily harm to another student/teacher, our child may be asked to leave the program. |
In the event of sudden Covid-19 heightened measures and the program is unable to continue as per normal, there will be no refund of fees. Creta Academy reserves the right to decide if the remaining program will be postponed, cancelled, or be replaced with other activities. |
We acknowledge that, upon acceptance of this application we agree to pay the total fee as applicable and abide by the billing options outlined in the fee schedule as informed by the Academy. |
We acknowledge that the Academy will take reasonable care and exercise due diligence within its premises and during program activities, it will bear no responsibility should the applicant exercise any reckless and/or careless behavior that may endanger her/his safety and others around and as such cause harm or injury to herself/himself and others. |
We declare that all previous medical and psychological histories are correctly reported on the admission form. |
On leaving the program, our child shall return any program property they might have borrowed during their time in the program. |
Genevieve is a private tutor with 7 years of experience. She has taught various class levels and subjects from pre-kindergarten children to adult undergraduate lessons.
Armed with a Bachelors in Psychology, she understands the importance of tailoring different teaching methodologies to cater to each student’s preferred learning style.
Muhammad Syaheer Noorhalim is an experienced educator and trainer. Having spent most of his career in the Ministry of Education, he has been an effective educator who has achieved multiple Outstanding Contribution Awards in 2012, 2016, 2017, and two in 2018 from the Ministry.
He is currently the Managing Director of 3D Global Institute Pte Ltd, an Associate Trainer and Education Consultant with several organizations, and a Head Tutor with Mendaki Tuition Scheme; where he received the prestigious Outstanding Head Tutor Award in 2019 by Yayasan Mendaki.
Through his years of experience, he has touched the lives of thousands of students and parents alike with his passion to develop students to be the best versions of themselves, as well as partnering parents in the development of their children.
Art and academic educator with ten years of teaching experience, Muslihah finds working with children fun and fulfilling. Apart from teaching, she is also an active theatre practitioner, flexing her creative juices as a production and stage manager during her free time.
Muslihah is known to be a conscientious person, paying attention to little details which are essential in the growth of an individual. She is confident, determined, and highly efficient. As the world that we live in is inextricably linked to arts and culture, students are likely to benefit greatly through her rich experiences in these areas.
Atampreet Kaur is a self-directed and enthusiastic educator with an ardent commitment to contribute towards meaningful student development and learning. She is skilled in designing avant-garde activities aimed at addressing the diverse needs of the students while working as the founder and teacher at her institute balbudhi.com.
She believes in emphasizing the relevance of academic syllabi to the world beyond the classroom while emphasizing socio-emotional learning (SEL) practices. She acknowledges the crucial role developmental psychology plays in the overall process of education and learning and always strives to achieve holistic development for her students.
Having worked as a childhood educator for 2 years, Suzanne has extensive experience working with children from ages 3 to 12 years. She is committed to promoting a child’s physical, mental, and emotional development, with an emphasis on supporting their socio-emotional development. Suzanne finds great joy in teaching them new skills that they can take with them throughout their lives.
