Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any make-up lessons as new skills are taught daily, sometimes by external vendors.
Because of the nature of our program, it is important that children attend in person with our trainers. If we are unable to conduct our program in person due to unforeseen circumstances or new Covid-19 rules, then we will proceed to have the program via Zoom.
We understand that arranging transportation can be a challenge. Subject to demand, we will work with a recognised 3rd party transport provider to ferry your child to and from HarbourFront MRT station from designated MRT stations across Singapore. Please note that all transportation costs are to be borne by the parents/guardians and are not a part of the program fees.
Yes. The staff and trainers have received all the required doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.
Our trainers will reinforce what your child has learned at our program by emphasizing key learning points and individually reviewing his/her skills and progress. Your child is also free to bring up any struggles or difficulties he/she has encountered at school or at home – even if it is unrelated to our program. We have a Positive Psychology coach, a dedicated child counsellor, as well as a team of qualified counsellors from Singapore Counselling Centre who are ready to serve in whatever way they can.
Yes. At the end of the program, a personalised certificate will be presented to your child as a mark of his/her achievement.
If your child misses one day of the program, he/she will still be given the certificate. However, we regret that we will not be able to give out the certificate if he/she misses more than one day of the program.
Unfortunately not at this time, however it’s something we would be keen to offer in the future.
